Official Contest Rules – truFlex Intro Pack Giveaway

By participating in this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility
Open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, aged 19 or older at the time of entry.
Entrants must follow @CarruthersCosmetic on Instagram and meet all entry requirements as described in the contest post.
The contest is not open to employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Carruthers Cosmetic.
- Prize
One (1) winner will receive a truFlex Intro Pack consisting of four (4) treatment sessions to be completed within a 2-week period.
Approximate Retail Value: $2,000 CAD.
The treatment will be performed exclusively by a certified technician. This prize does not include any physician-performed services, in accordance with provincial advertising regulations.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Multiple entries are allowed. Entries must be submitted before the contest closes.
- Contest Period
Contest opens on February 3, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM PST on February 9, 2026.
Winner will be selected at random and contacted via Instagram DM on or around February 10, 2026.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another entrant may be selected.
- Medical Eligibility & Consent
Winner must complete a medical intake form and in-person or virtual consultation to confirm eligibility for truFlex treatment.
If the winner is found not to be medically eligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen.
All participants must sign a standard treatment consent form prior to receiving services.
- Treatment Conditions
All four (4) truFlex sessions must be completed within 2 weeks of the first appointment, and no later than May 31, 2026.
Missed appointments may result in forfeiture of unused sessions.
- Email Collection & Privacy
Email addresses submitted for bonus entries will be added to the Carruthers Cosmetic newsletter list only with express consent.
Participants may unsubscribe at any time. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Limitation of Liability
Carruthers Cosmetic is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or human error. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.
