Cancellation Policy

Please give us 24 hours notice if you require a change in your appointed time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your visit, a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Reminders & Confirmations

To ensure you’re kept up to date, we’ll happily send you a reminder about your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. Please confirm that we have your updated email, phone number, and your preferred method of reminder.

Payment

We accept most forms of payment, including cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and gift certificates.

Clinic Hours

Our clinic is open on Monday – Friday, between 7am – 2pm.

Consultation Fee

Our consultation fee is $300. During your initial consultation, we will discuss your general medical and aesthetic histories and determine how we can reach your cosmetic or medical goals together. This consultation gives us time to discuss and explain the depth and breadth of treatment options available and their applicability to your concerns.

Parking

Pay parking is available in the lot directly below the building with access from the lane off Laurel St.
