Ultra+ treatments typically take 30-40 minutes. The procedure itself involves controlled laser passes over the treatment area. Patients may experience heat and a mild prickling sensation during treatment, which is well-managed with topical anesthetic or Zimmer cooler.
Afterward, expect 5–8 days of downtime: redness, swelling, and peeling are a normal part of the healing process. Your skin is actively regenerating during this period. A specific post-care protocol will be provided, and most patients are comfortable in social settings again around day 7–10.
Most patients see their best results from 1–2 treatments, spaced 6–8 weeks apart. Occasionally, patients may require more treatments. Collagen remodeling continues for up to 5 months post-treatment, meaning results improve progressively after each session.
